From Concept to Completion
1. Project Discussion
We review your signage needs, sizing, material options, and installation requirements.
2. Design & Layout Approval
A layout or design proof is provided for review. Fabrication begins only after approval.
3. Deposit & Scheduling
A deposit is required before fabrication begins.
Materials are ordered and production time is scheduled once payment terms are met.
4. CNC Fabrication
Signs are CNC-routed in-house using commercial-grade materials for precision and durability.
5. Completion & Delivery
Finished signs are prepared for pickup or arranged delivery.
Payment Terms
To ensure fair scheduling and material availability, the following payment terms apply to all projects:
- A deposit is required before fabrication begins
- Larger projects may require phased payments
- In some cases, materials may be paid in full upfront
- Final balance is due prior to pickup or delivery
Why We Require a Deposit
CNC-routed signage is custom fabricated and built specifically for each project. Deposits cover material costs and production scheduling and allow us to deliver consistent quality without delays.
Design Changes & Revisions
- Design changes must be requested before fabrication begins
- Approved designs entering production cannot be altered
- Additional revisions may affect pricing or timeline
Cancellations
Due to the custom nature of CNC fabrication, deposits are non-refundable once materials have been ordered or production has begun.
